Return and Refund Policy for Products

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Products must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  2. Valid Reasons for Return:

    • Defective or damaged product upon arrival.

    • Incorrect product received.

    • Significant discrepancy from product description.

  3. Process for Return:

    • Contact our customer service team at ruchikathakclasses@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your product.

    • Provide order details and the reason for the return.

    • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. Approval and Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products on sale or clearance.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Services (Dance Classes)

Ruchi Kathak Classes offers a range of Kathak dance classes, including physical classes, online classes, and self-paced courses. We strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying learning experience for all our students. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for our services.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Eligibility for Cancellation:

    • Physical Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled class start date.

    • Online Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled class start date.

    • Self-Paced Courses: Cancellations must be made within 3 days of purchase.

  2. Valid Reasons for Cancellation:

    • Scheduling conflicts or personal emergencies.

    • Medical reasons.

    • Dissatisfaction with the initial course session.

  3. Process for Cancellation:

    • Contact our customer service team at  ruchikathakclasses@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

    • Provide details of your enrollment and the reason for cancellation.

    • Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.

 

Refund Policy

Physical and Online Classes:

1.    Approval and Refund:

  • Yearly Fee Payment Plan Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be requested within 5 days of the course start date for full refund. If the cancellation is requested within the first 90 days, 50% of the yearly fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is requested within the first 180 days, 25% of the yearly fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after 180 days from the course start date.

  • Half Yearly Fee Payment Plan Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be requested within 5 days of the course start date for full refund. If the cancellation is requested within the first 60 days, 50% of the yearly fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is requested within the first 90 days, 25% of the yearly fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after 90 days from the course start date.

  • Monthly Fee Payment Plan Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be requested within 5 days of the course start date for full refund. If the cancellation is requested within the first 07 days, 50% of the yearly fee will be refunded. If the cancellation is requested within the first 15 days, 25 % of the yearly fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after 15 days from the course start date.

 

2.   Conditions for Refund: Joining fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds are processed only if the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame. The student must provide a valid reason for cancellation (e.g., Medical Issues, Emergencies, Relocation, etc).

3.   Process of Refund: Contact our customer service team at ruchikathakclasses@gmail.com  to request a cancellation. Provide your enrollment details and the reason for cancellation. Upon approval, the refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Self-Paced Courses:

1.   Approval and Refund:

  • If the cancellation is approved within 02 Hours  of purchase, a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued after 02 Hours as the course content and digital files would be fully accessible to the student after 02 Hours.

 

2.   Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

 

Non-Refundable

  • Courses that have been completed or partially attended.

  • Failure to attend classes without prior notice with valid reasons as mentioned above.

  • Cancellations made after the specified period.
